The Property Management services industry is very competitive and there are few
points of difference between providers. To give them that 'special sauce', C&W became
the first provider to invest in a dedicated customer experience team which focused on
the more human aspects of the property: the usage, the tenants and the visitors.

The presentation we developed was used to help the team engage, understand and
communicate their unique services to prospects and customers.

I designed an animated logo for this new 'INSITE' team.
